A biotechnology summer workshop for high school science teachers!
9AM-4PM MON-THU, 9AM-NOON FRI
The first of five fun-filled days of biotech activities. During the week, teachers sharpen their skills by working in world class laboratories, at the Bio-Research and Development Growth (BRDG) Park, located at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center Campus. Teachers will receive:
- Lunch
- The option of 3 graduate workshop credits (Lindenwold University)
- Instruction, mentoring, and hands-on activities that can be brought back to the classroom
- $500.00 stipend plus $500.00 in lab supplies/equipment. To receive the $500 stipend, attendees must attend the workshop for the entire week and provide a lesson plan based on workshop curriculum to Lee Douangkeomany (odouangkeomany@stlcc.edu).
